1. These Terms and Conditions apply to this promotional offer (“Offer”) sponsored and brought to you by Whirlpool of India Limited (“Whirlpool”) and executed by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (“Big City”) on purchase of Products (defined below) from select cities and select offline stores in India.
2. Every Eligible Purchaser (defined below) of a Product, subject to compliance of necessary steps as detailed hereunder, will be eligible to receive assured gift vouchers worth INR 2100/- for use on select Participating Brands (as defined below) Platforms (as defined below) as detailed below:
a.     Three (3) Swiggy vouchers worth INR 200 each (“Swiggy Voucher”);
b.     Three (3) BookMyShow vouchers worth INR 200 each (“BMS Voucher”); and
c.     Three (3) Uber voucher worth INR 300 each (“Uber Voucher”)
(Collectively referred to as “Vouchers”)
3. An Eligible Purchaser, subject to compliance of necessary steps and terms and conditions as detailed hereunder, will also be eligible for additional coupons for use on select Participating Brands Platforms up to INR 30,000 (“Coupons”).
4. The Offer is available on purchase of select models of Whirlpool Refrigerators with a capacity of 259L, 270L, 285L, 300L, 308L, 312L, 327L (“Products”) from select stores between 1st May 2024 to 15th July 2024 (“Offer Period”).

Other Key Definitions
5. For the purpose of this Offer:
(a) “Eligible Purchaser” means every purchaser of Products who is a natural person, individual and resident and citizen of India.
(b) “Month” means calendar month i.e. from 1st day of the calendar month to the last date of the calendar month
(c) “Participating Brand” means 3rd party brands and includes without limitation Uber, Swiggy, Book My Show and any other brands as available on the Redemption Website.
(d) “Platforms” means any website or mobile applications of the Participating Brands.
(e) “Registration Website” and “Redemption Website” are collectively referred to as Big City’s Websites
(f) “Week” means a calendar week of 7 days i.e. from Monday to Sunday.
(g) “Registration Code” and the “Redemption Code” are collectively referred to as Codes

Eligibility
6. This Offer is not valid for Whirlpool’s and Big City’s employees, agents, dealers, or distributors, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
7. Participation in this Offer is voluntary. Every Eligible Purchaser agrees that if they choose to participate in this Offer, he / she will be bound by these terms and conditions and thereby acknowledge that he / she satisfies all Offer eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

How to Redeem the Offer
8. The Eligible Purchaser shall scratch the card received at the time of purchase for the registration code (“Registration Code”). 
9. The Eligible Purchaser is required to register on www.whirlpool.bigcityexperience.com (“the Registration Website”) by entering the Registration Code on the scratch card, Name, Mobile number, Email ID, City, Serial Number of the Product and uploading the invoice of the Product purchased. The Serial Number of the Product is available on the Product that will be delivered to the Eligible Purchaser. The last date to register on the Registration Website is 30th July 2024, failing which the Registration Code will be invalidated and cannot be used further. It is the Eligible Purchaser’s responsibility to add the correct details at the time of registration.
10. Only printed original invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner (a) the outlet name and address; (b) outlet GST details, (c) Date of Purchase, (d) Invoice/Bill No. (e) Product Names (only the participating products), and (f) price paid for the Product purchased from that store will be considered as an eligible Invoice/bill.  One single bill/ Invoice containing the Product will be valid for the one Registration Code regardless of the number of the items purchased. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices or tampered or defaced bills / invoices will be considered.
11. Purchase invoice must have the Eligible Purchaser’s name and mobile number. No registration will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company / organization.
12. Upon successful verification, as confirmation of the registration above Big City will send to the Eligible Purchaser’s registered mobile and email address a link to a website (“Redemption Website”) containing the reward code (“Reward Code”). The Eligible Purchaser will be required to input their registered mobile number and the Reward Code on the Redemption Website. The Eligible Purchaser will be required to input the Reward Code on the Redemption Website each and every time for availing the Vouchers. Mere registration does not qualify for a Reward Code.
13. On the Redemption Website, through use of the Reward Code, the Eligible Purchaser will be entitled to redeem only one (1) voucher (either of Swiggy, Uber or BookMyShow) per Week. The Eligible Purchaser will be required to redeem the subsequent vouchers of the same Participating Brands Platform next calendar Month. 
14. The Eligible Purchaser will be required to register their Reward Code on the “Redemption Website” on or before 14th August 2024 or within 15 days of receipt of the Reward Code whichever is earlier, failing which the Reward Code will be deemed invalidated and will not be extended.
15. It is the Eligible Purchaser’s obligation to save all information, including but not limited to unique numbers, characters of the Registration Code, Reward Code, the Vouchers and Coupons for redemption purposes on the Registration Website and Redemption Website and the Participating Brands Platforms respectively as well as the links to both the Registration Website and the Redemption Website.
16. Eligible Purchaser consents to signing on / login on the Participating Brands Platforms to avail the Vouchers and Coupons.

Terms and Conditions for Redemption of Additional Coupons
17. The Coupon(s) will be available on the Redemption Website.
18. Each and every Coupon will be redeemable on purchases made on the Participating Brands Platforms.
19. Each Coupon, where relevant, will be applicable only for products or services that appear on the landing page of the Participating Brands Platforms.
20. The Coupons visible on the Redemption Website but can be withdrawn from the Redemption Website on any day, and at any time, without any prior intimation.
21. Each Additional Coupon will be valid until the expiration date given on such coupon.
22. Each Additional Coupon will be valid for one time use only during the Offer Period.

General Terms and Conditions
23. This Offer entitles an Eligible Purchaser to various Vouchers (as mentioned in clause 2 above) for use every Month for 3 consecutive Months on the respective Participating Brands Platforms in India. 
24. If during any Month a Voucher or Coupon is not utilized, the unclaimed and / or unutilized Voucher or Coupon cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited.
25. All vouchers of Swiggy, Uber & BookMyShow and the Coupons are subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned on their respective Participating Brands Platforms which are owned and operated by such Participating Brands. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the Eligible Purchaser shall adhere to Participating Brands Platforms terms and conditions when redeeming the said vouchers on their Participating Brands Platforms.
26. Only one voucher per booking / transaction will be entertained on the respective Swiggy, BookMyShow and Uber Platforms. Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed together for a single transaction.
27. The validity of the Vouchers or the Coupons cannot be extended, and new vouchers or coupons cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers or Coupon.
28. The Vouchers or the Coupons cannot be returned, reloaded, resold, reused or partially used. 
29. If the value of a single transaction on either a Swiggy, BookMyShow and Uber Platform is less than the value of one voucher, the unutilized balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
30. A maximum of one Registration Code can be availed per person, per mobile number, per email id and per invoice/bill during the Offer Period. 
31. Neither Whirlpool nor Big City holds any legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, Coupons etc. beyond the applicable period of the Offer.
32. Offer is subject to promotional availability and applicable central, state and local laws and government regulations.
33. The Codes, the Vouchers and the Coupons are being offered directly and solely by Big City and Whirlpool is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to the Codes, the Vouchers and the Coupons.
34. Big City or Whirlpool shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred by the Eligible Purchaser for the purpose of redemption of the Codes, the Vouchers and the Coupons. If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Big City, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Big City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Eligible Purchaser; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authorities, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
35. Big City or Whirlpool is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or service providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or issues on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to Eligible Purchaser’s or any other person’s mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Offer.
36. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage Big City’s Website(s) or the information on the Website(s), to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Website(s), or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Big City reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Big City suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by Eligible Purchaser, the Eligible Purchaser agrees to indemnify Big City for those losses, damages, and costs.
37. The Codes, Vouchers and the Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
38. The Vouchers and the Coupons can only be redeemed for services / products available on the Participating Brands Platforms in India only.
39. Whirlpool does not endorse the quality, merchantability, fitness, consumption, usage and delivery of any of the products or services being offered by the Participating Brands. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Participating Brand of such a product or service.
40. Big City, its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and the Coupons.
41. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi.
42. The Offer, the Vouchers and the Coupons are supplied by PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, Mitra Towers, Kasturba Road, Bangalore 560001, India. E-mail: feedback@bigcity.in and all queries, concerns, grievances and complaints relating to the Vouchers, Codes or their redemption thereof should be sent to the said address and contacted on the number 080-40554861 (“Customer Care Number”). Standard call charges will apply as per customers telecom plan. The line to the Customer Care Number is operational from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM and will be closed on Public and Bank Holidays.
43. Big City or Whirlpool reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the Offer without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
44. Big City or Whirlpool cannot be held responsible for changes in a Voucher or Coupon usage policies by the Participating Brand which are not under the control of Big City or Whirlpool. In the event that a particular Voucher or Coupon has been discontinued by the Participating Brand, the Company reserves the right to offer the Eligible Purchaser an alternative reward of equal value and this would fulfill the promotional obligations in this Offer.

Terms and Conditions for Swiggy Vouchers

45. The Swiggy Voucher received should be used on the Swiggy Platform for food delivery. The balance amount (after discount) of the booking should be made by using the payment mechanism available on Swiggy.
46. Swiggy Vouchers are applicable only on online payment and not available on COD.
47. The discount of Rs. 200 per voucher is valid on subtotal amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges. Discount is offered on minimum purchase and maximum of 1 transaction only on one voucher. 
48. The Swiggy Vouchers are valid for all days of the Week.
49. Any order that customers / Eligible Purchaser place on the Swiggy Platform is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Swiggy Partner and its participating restaurant.
50. This offer is only for orders placed for home delivery on the Swiggy Platform.

52. Eligible Purchasers can avail this offer only in cities where Swiggy is available.
53. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 200.
54. The Swiggy Voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Terms and Conditions for BookMyShow (“BMS”) Vouchers

55. BMS Vouchers are valid for all activities including but not limited to all events available on BookMyShow Platforms from Monday to Sunday.
56. Discount of Rs. 200 per voucher is offered on a minimum of 1 ticket per event and on a maximum of 1 transaction only, irrespective of the number of tickets booked using the single voucher code. The balance cost (after discount) of the ticket to be made using the payment mechanism available on BookMyShow.
57. Walk-in customers without a prior booking will not be entertained at the event venue.
58. Event classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
59. The event manager’s decision is final and standard event rules will apply.
60. All terms and conditions of BookMyShow may apply. For detailed T&Cs please visit BookMyShow’s Platform.
61. Eligible Purchasers can avail the BMS Vouchers only in cities where the events are being held.
62. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 200.
63. The BookMyShow Voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Terms and Conditions for Uber Vouchers

64. Only 1 voucher per cab booking will be valid. 
65. The single voucher can be redeemed only once.
66. Cabs on Uber Platform will be provided subject to availability.
67. Eligible purchasers / Users can avail of the vouchers only in cities & towns serviced by Uber.
68. Discount of Rs. 300 per voucher is offered on booking of a single cab ride on Uber. If the trip value exceeds the Uber voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the payment options available on the partner Uber Platform.

70. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 300.
71. The Uber Voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
